Itinerary: This is a slightly advanced course, where you will learn how to prepare a more elaborate set of classic Thai dishes:
Choose between 2 set menus:
MENU A
– Fried chicken wrapped in pandanus leaves
– Steamed whole fish with lime
– Tom yum kung
– Deep fried fish cakes
– Massaman curry paste
– Massaman curry with chicken
– Mango with sweet sticky rice
MENU B
– Deep fried spring rolls
– Chicken in coconut milk soup
– Steamed curried fish in banana leavs (Hor Mok Pla)
– Deep fried whole fish with sweet and sour sauce
– Massaman curry paste
– Massaman curry with chicken
– Black sticky rice with young coconut
Small group size (2 – 10 people, unlike 20+ in most schools) is guaranteed. This course is normally run in the evenings only, but can also be done in the morning or afternoon subject to availability (on special request) – please mention this in your booking notes if you would prefer a morning or afternoon slot and we will check availability for you.
Receive a certificate and recipe book at the end of the course. Halal kitchen, all recipes can be adapted for vegetarians.
Children who participate in the course are charged the adult rate; non-participating children may accompany their parents; 600 THB will be charged per person aged 8 and above for food.

My husband and I loved this cooking course! We learned so much in just a few hours about making Thai dishes, especially how to change things to suit individual tastes — you follow the basic recipes and then decide if and how to individualize the dishes. The course was completely hands on and we could even change the dishes we were making to different options available. We laughed a lot and ended up with some very tasty dishes that we’re now making back at home. I think everyone would enjoy this half-day course and highly recommend it :-)
