For kayaking in Ao Thalane I would recommend people go on the afternoon tour as the tide is higher during that time and you can go further.
My partner and I did the tour in the morning and as it was low tide we didn’t manage to do the complete route. Despite that, we went through the canyon (which was an amazing sight) with our great tour guides, Yoyo and Gogo. They made us laugh so much it echoed through the canyon!
The lunch served at the restaurant was delicious and well deserved after a whole morning of kayaking,
ATV riding was fantastically fun driving past various plantations of palms, rubber and pineapple. We got dirty from the all the dust blown up from the wheels but it just added to the experience :)
