Pakasai Resort: A long established and very service-minded hotel, Pakasai will suit those travellers looking for a small dose of luxury with something coming close (though still not matching) western standards in an equivalent hotel. Rooms are well-designed in terms of bathrooms and storage and the rooftop infinity swimming pool commands beautiful views of the surrounding islands.
In terms of location, Pakasai is well-placed to take advantage of Ao Nang's restaurants and nightlife; yet the accommodation, situated on the hillside (warning: many steps, so not suitable for the infirm or those with young children) is nice and quiet.
The resort has just completed a refurbishment of all its accommodation and communal areas (November 2008) and is now looking much fresher and attractive.

- 20 Superior Rooms (36 sqm including private balcony) are located in the tropical building nearby swimming pool, each comprising a large bedroom, divan and bathroom with shower plus a full range of amenities.
- 31 Deluxe Rooms (48 sqm including large balcony), housed in hillside chalets, each featuring a spacious bedroom with day bed and DVD player, plus an adjoining bathroom with shower and range of amenities.
- 18 Adora Rooms in hillside chalets (52 sqm including wide balcony) feature a spacious bedroom that includes a day bed and DVD player, plus adjoining bathroom that offers a separate shower and bathtub, as well as full bath amenities.
- Our newly opened Executive Wing includes 20 Adora Rooms (52 sqm including large balcony with a green view), each with a secluded outdoor bathtub, rain shower, DVD player and king-sized bed facing the balcony.
- 10 Adora Suites (57 sqm), also in the Executive wing and all on the ground floor, feature a private landscaped outdoor verandah fitted with a bathrub and shower, separate rain shower, DVD player, day bed and king-sized central bed facing the verandah.

Reservation Policy
Prices are per room per night, based on 2 people sharing (4 in the Pakasai Peak Suite), and include buffet breakfast, VAT and service charge.
Family policy: A third adult, or child over the age of 12 in any room will be required to pay an extra bed supplement. Children under 12 years of age (inclusive) sharing same room with parent(s), use of existing sofa bed is free of charge on room only basis (maximum one child per room). Compulsory breakfast charge of 200 THB will be applied in this case. A second child will be required to pay an extra bed supplement.
Peak season policy: The guests who stay over the night of 31 December must stay more than 3 consecutive nights. A Gala Dinner on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve is compulsory and will be charged at 2000 THB and 3000 THB per person respectively (children under 12 half price). Full pre-payment is required at least 45 days before check in and all bookings are non-refundable.
GREEN SEASON PROMOTION! Pay for 2 nights stay and receive one night further complimentary - valid from 1 May - 31 October 2008 only, with a maximum of 6 free nights. Free nights are given on a room only basis; there will be a compulsory breakfast charge on the free night(s) of 400 THB per person.
Cancellation Policy
Pakasai Resort will charge cancellation penalties, according to the notice period given:
May - Oct: cancellation or early check out must be notified to resort more than 7 days before arrival.
Nov - Apr: cancellation or early check out must be notified to resort more than 15 days before arrival.
20 Dec - 10 Jan: cancellation or early check out must be notified to resort more than 30 days before arrival.
Failure to notify within period specified will result in hotel charging one night stay; or total booking value for peak season reservations.
Please note than following cancellation, any refund due under the hotel policy above will be subject to a processing charge of 5% of refund value + 350 THB to cover bank costs.
Amendments to any booking (e.g. change of dates, extension of stay) that do not require a refund may be made free of charge.
