Baan Lompai is part of the group of villas managed by Ton Company, which means that in addition to comfortable and well-maintained accommodation, guests receive a full service similar to that of a hotel, with the benefits of being in their own private villa.
The house itself is a spacious, family-friendly 200 square metre bungalow (ground floor only), with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Those who like to cook will appreciate the large, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as the outdoor barbecue area. And everyone will appreciate the villa's versatility: dining options are many - either indoors; on the terrace; or in the garden, while places to relax include the indoor lounge, watching a DVD; having a drink on the verandah; or reading a book by the pool. The large garden provides ample space for children to run, play and explore the tropical plants, fruit trees and fish pond.
The four bedrooms are comprised of 2 doubles (the master bedroom having an ensuite bathroom), one triple (3 single beds) and a single, sleeping eight in total. A baby cot and high chair are also available for those travelling with small children. The house is pleasantly decorated with wooden Thai furniture and jewel coloured fabrics and has a nice collection of reading material belonging to its owners, an expat family living in Singapore.
Baan Lompai has its own swimming pool, with a small shallow area for children that is easily visible from the terrace, and poolside sun loungers. The whole property is surrounded by a high wall. Should you wish to venture outside, there is a full time caretaker / driver on the property (in a separate lodge) who can drive guests anywhere in the local area, for example to the beach front for dinner, or to the local market. In addition, there is a small, local convenience store just opposite the house, which is located in a quiet residential area, around 3km from the beach and main commercial zone.
A full tour and excursion service is also available if you wish to explore the islands etc. - the owners have left their own suggestions for days out for families or groups of friends. Activities can be arranged through the English-speaking villa manager, who is reachable via the villa mobile phone. She can also arrange any other services you may require, such as an in-house masseuse or Thai chef.

Reservation Policy
Prices are for the use of the villa (max. 8 people), plus all amenities. Service tax and VAT are included in the price. The price also covers all water/ electricity expenses, unlimited ADSL internet connection, as well as a daily cleaning service and unlimited tuk-tuk transfers to / from Ao Nang beach area (9am - 10pm). Stays of more than 3 nights also qualify for complimentary return transfers from Krabi Airport.
Not included: meals, hiring of additional staff. The villa is strictly non-smoking.

Check out time: 12 noon
Use of the villa from 12 noon to 6pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the nightly rate. If the villa is occupied beyond 6pm guests will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Cancellation Policy
Fees apply to all cancelled bookings, according to the notice period given:
Up to 4 weeks before check in (6 weeks for bookings during Dec 15 - Jan 15): 20% of total booking value.
Less than 4 weeks before check in (6 weeks for bookings during Dec 15 - Jan 15): no refund will be given.
Please note than following cancellation, any refund due under the hotel policy above will be subject to a processing charge of 5% of refund value + 350 THB to cover bank costs.
Amendments to any booking (e.g. change of dates, extension of stay) that do not require a refund may be made free of charge.
